PRICES, ORDERING & SHIPPING

With www.damh.nl we have provided you with two options for payment:

By direct bank transfer. Both the IBAN as well as the BIC codes for international money transfers are mentioned on our homepage for your ready reference. Orders will be immediately packed and shipped after bank confirmation is received.
By Paypal via email ordering. This gives you as customer the possibility to safely order by PayPal's secured network via email. As soon as confirmation is received, your order will be dispatched.

When ordering in other than EUR currency exchange, please keep in mind that the prevailing exchange at that time, will be mandatory.

When ordering by email at sales@damh.nl, please mention your full name & address and telephone number in your respective countryto enable us to prepare the best shipping conditions.

Shipments will be delivered to your door by TNT by either Standard or Priority mail service. See for more details "Shipping" about the various liabilities and pricing conditions.

RETURN SHIPMENTS

Damh b.v. can not take any responsibility for loss or damage in case youwould opt for the Standard TNT shipping method. In case of loss and/or damage with TNT's Priority shipping method, please contact customerservice@damh.nlwith proof of loss and/or damage and please wait for instructions from ourside; after that we will re-dispatch free of charge a new shipment to you. Allshipments under TNT Priority do have track & trace capability. Our order and shipping confirmation will provide you with the Track&Trace number and the TNTwebsite you will be capable to check the status of your shipment. If you haveany problems, do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@damh.nl.

VAT for EU customers & customers outside the Netherlands
Weare required by law to collect VAT on orders for books dispatched to mostcountries within the European Union. For EU customers outside the Netherlands,amounts of VAT charged are in accordance with the local legislation. Forcustomers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT charges (6%) for yourorder will be itemized on the invoice dispatched with your order.

Customs Information

When ordering goods fromDamh.nl for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to importduties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Anyadditional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have nocontrol over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customspolicies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your localcustoms office for further information. Additionally, please note that whenordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must complywith all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving thegoods. Damh.nl provides you with a legal invoice which can be used for Customspurposes in cases required and will be attached to the package
